‘Just some thoughts:
“Keep your eyes fixed on me.” is definitely an important line. There is a car blocking John’s sight and this car decides to drive away shortly after the cyclist shoves John. So people in the car, maybe some of Sherlock’s homeless people contacts, had time to replace the body with another one. The way Sherlock’s body lays on the ground supports this idea.
Earlier there was this little girl who started to scream as soon as she saw Sherlock. So there might be a Sherlock-mask, which Moriarty or Moriarty’s men used. Assuming the guy who jumped off the roof wasn’t Sherlock: It could be someone who wore this mask. John couldn’t see the details from far away.
And with Molly’s help and all it’s not to hard to pronounce a living Sherlock dead. Or telling people that someone who is not Sherlock is dead. ’
